ROTOCON® ERGT Series Model Specifications

»  Provides consistent low and stable resistance for high current applications»  Robust industrial design provides reliable long lasting performance
»  Requires ZERO grease or routine maintenance»  Remains unaffected by RPM or total number of revolutions

ROTOCON ERGT Series Rotating Electrical Grounds are designed with a through-hole to mount onto a shaft and conduct electricity around, or to the shaft.  This is advantageous if media such as welding gases and other fluids pass through the center, or the location of the rotary ground cannot be at the end of a shaft or assembly. The ERGT Series is available in bore diameters ranging from 0.50″ to 2.50″ and up to 3,000 amps of current standard, with additional customization options available.

Alternatively, if there is access to the end of the rotating assembly or shaft, our full line-up of ERG Series rotary grounds are a great fit, that are an in-stock, and a more economical choice.

Stop settling for less, it’s time to upgrade from your problematic Lenco and Tweco Rotary Grounds. Watch how Meridian Laboratory’s ROTOCON® Rotary Grounds outperform all other types of rotary ground solutions!

Watch our head-to-head comparison of different types of rotary grounding solutions!

Brushed rotary ground clamps and other traditional products on the market provide poor grounding capabilities, require constant grease maintenance and have a high arcing potential. This leads to machines operating at decreased current levels with variances in penetration, weld quality, and ultimately scrapped product.
